It’s amazing the possibilities in life when we break from routine. That’s what happened one Saturday night when Amanda changed her routine to go on a date. That date would be the start of something truly special and make this wedding day possible. On a beautiful summer day on the Estate of David Springer, family and friends gathered to celebrate this amazing couple and would be treated to a wedding to remember. While Amanda was enjoying moments with her bridesmaids, Jamie was quietly writing his vows out. I don’t know how much was planned but the words he wrote and later shared were very heartfelt and pure. Details at this wedding were exceptional from Jamie’s Jack Mason watch to Amanda’s jaw-dropping Jimmy Choo’s shoes; These two showed up in style. When working on this film and telling Amanda and Jamie’s story the theme that I kept coming back to was one of family. Family can be more than the family we are born into. Finding a partner and choosing a life together is the creation of family and I felt that throughout. This wedding had heart, it had laughter and it had dancing! Lots of dancing. Irish dancers from The Davidson Academy made an appearance and performed an incredible routine. Congratulations Amanda and Jamie and I wish you a lifetime of love, laughter and dance.
